Queer Perspectives

Two talks about homosexuality have been sponsored by the University of San Francisco's LGBTQ Caucus. The LGBTQ Caucus is composed of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgendered, queer, and allied straight USF faculty, staff, graduate students, and alumni/ae. The talks were funded by the Jesuit Foundation at the University of San Francisco (USF), a Jesuit University.

The first talk was titled "Is it Ethical to be Catholic? Queer Perspectives -- Community in Conversation" and was held at Most Holy Redeemer Church (the pastor is the chancellor of the Archdiocese of San Francisco) on February 12, 2006. The speakers were:

The second talk was at St. Agnes Church on March 26, 2006. It was titled "Alienated Catholics: Establishing the Groundwork for Dialogue ". The speakers were:
